Contact US at info@skybluepickleball.com for processing of returns and exchanges. Our corporate office does not handle returns of merchandise. We coordinate with third party distribution partners to handle the physical return process, once you contact us and we provide specific instructions on where to send the return for processing and/or exchanging products due to defects or other issues. For pickleball paddles, we use Fulfillment by Amazon for inventory, orders, shipping and returns to their warehouse. |
