Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, via email, or SMS, if you choose this at the time of purchase. We may use third-party fulfillment centers for order processing and shipping, so during very busy periods, some orders can be delayed during the processing and shipping period.  if we are shipping from our own inventory, we will process most orders in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to the US and Canada. 

International Shipments

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.

USPS Flat Rate Shipping Delivery Times 
  • For domestic service, the delivery timeframe is usually between 1 to 3 business days.
  • With the USPS international flat-rate service, the delivery timeframe is quoted as 6 to 10 business days.

Import Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Skyblue LLC aka Skyblue Pickleball is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. We also offer SMS for shipping and order confirmation, which is faster and can be opted in at purchase. 

  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@skybluepickleball.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

  • Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

You can find our policies here.  

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at  info@skybluepickleball.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sometimes things happen, we will fix it as best as we can :)
