SKYBLUE PICKLEBALL AMBASSADOR, CAROLYN WEI, WINS GOLD IN WOMEN'S DOUBLES & SILVER IN WOMEN'S OPEN SINGLES CATEGORY AT THE INTERNAZIONALI DI ROMA DI PICKLEBALL


Frascati Italy - Skyblue Pickleball ambassador Carolyn Wei has added another gold medal to her collection, this time with her partner Pei Chuan Kao from Taiwan, as they triumphed in the women's doubles open category at the Internazionali Di Roma di Pickleball held at Club Pickleball Roma in Frascati Lazio May 5-8, 2023.
Sporting the SKYblue Pickleball Got Pla(yed)id© Fleur Capris, Carolyn and Pei Chuan fought their way to the top and secured a well-deserved victory.

Carolyn also achieved silver in the open women's singles category, wearing the Skyblue Pickleball "I Campi da Pickleball©" capris.
Carolyn Wei is a USA Pickleball Ambassador and a PPR Certified Coach from Oakland, California. She was inspired to start competing after her best friend and tennis doubles partner Mai took her to watch the 2019 USAPA Nationals in Indian Wells. Carolyn has proudly represented Northern California at the national and international level in senior tennis and aspires to do the same in pickleball. She enjoys sharing her new passion with pickleballers competing around the world.
